How did you personally
get into using the Macintosh family of computers?
I started using the Macintosh platform when my special needs daughter needed a way to communicate with others (she's non-verbal, and extremely bright) The school system purchased one for her and I've never looked back! Kudo's to Apple for recognizing that people with disabilities are part of this universe too! =:-)
Status: I'm DEFINITELY an evangelist! I must have 5 tee-shirts from MacSurf that ALL state the Mac is the MOST Superior Computer! LOL!

Not So Random Thoughts...
Was there ever a time in your life that you had to "Think Differently?" What was the situation and what did you do?
There were many times I needed to, but only very few I had to! One situation was: When I went to the Mall in our conversion Van (with custom handicap plates) I had my daughter Aubrey with me and we were looking for a handicap spot with the wide yellow lines next to the spot you park your vehicle. I park in those spots because you need extra room to get a lift down. ( I THINK most people should know this) I found a spot and parked in it and we were on our merry way. Hours later, we come out to the Van and lo-in-behold there is a "cool sleek sports car" parked IN THE WIDE YELLOW LINES. (you KNOW there's hardly room for a motorcycle in those) Anyway, I was to say the least, furious! It was a FREEZING cold day in Chicago and very windy to boot! Now I couldnt get the lift down and her in the van! Well I had to THINK Differently THAT moment for sure! I proceeded to take the license plate down of the car parked in the illegal spot. I went back in and had the security guard ( whom I knew) make an announcement that the car parked with XXXXXX license plates had been in a collision and was now on fire, to come out to the parking lot immediately! I went back out to the lot, waited for all of 5 minutes and out RAN a guy hysterical that his precious sport car might be in jeopardy! When he saw that it was a mistake and I was standing there WITH Aubrey in the cold freezing wind, he knew better to even THINK about questioning my motives! Besides by this time half the mall was outside starring at him and his susposedly "torched" Porsche"! **Smile**
Moral to the story? Don't mess with a blonde, a van, and a lift! LOL!!
How has using the Macintosh computer changed your life?

What is the weirdest thing in your office right now?

If you could have dinner with one person dead or alive who would that person be and what would you ask them?
Don't laugh, but I'm a huge Elvis fan! I'd probably ask him for a "Hunka Hunka Burning Love"! Oh, and I'd prefer him alive too!
