Web Designer, writer, photographer, troublemaker.
I'm an animation freak who doesn't animate, a geek who doesn't program, and a born journalist. If I wasn't writing, I would just comment on the world around me like my animated heroine Daria Morgendorffer.

How did you personally
get into using the Macintosh family of computers?
Oh dear. Now I reveal the skeleton in my closet...up until 1995 I muddled through on an XT-class PC. However, I threw in my lot with a magazine startup called Anvil, and one of the principal partners gave me a PowerBook 145 on extended loan. The clouds opened, trumpets sounded, and the world changed forever.

Not So Random Thoughts...
Was there ever a time in your life that you had to "Think Different?" What was the situation and what did you do?
I've never thought any other way.
How has using the Macintosh computer changed your life?
The Macintosh is the closest thing to a "creativity machine" that exists. It's glorious to be on a computer that WORKS. I have an Intel-free Pentium-compatible (AMD K5-166) PC in my office alongside my Mac menagerie, and it rarely sees action.
What is the weirdest thing in your office right now?
A dead IBM PC 5150, in honor of my very first computer.
My Passions are:
My husband Richie and Cartoons, cartoons, cartoons.
If you could have dinner with one person dead or alive who would that person be and what would you ask them?
Daria Morgendorffer from the MTV animated series "Daria." We'd just hang out at Pizza King, eat pizza, and talk about the failings of the universe.
Do you play a musical instrument and/or are you in a band?
My husband's a musician. I just like music.
When I grow up I want to be:
Grow up? Who, me?
The question never asked:
