Jeff Lauterette is President of the National Macintosh Wire Service. They review hardware and software for non-technical publications like USA Today. Jeff has been able to combine two of his passions -- rock music and Macintosh computers -- by working for some of music's top performers, including Michael W. Smith, Shania Twain, Jimmy Buffett, Elton John, and Billy Joel. |

| How did you personally get into using the Macintosh family of computers? | In 1984 my father bought a 128k mac. Before long, I had it apart in pieces. I used it so much he bought me a 512ke when it came out. | |

| I was in pre-med to be a doctor and fell in love with the Mac so much that I started a Macintosh dealership in Orlando, Florida called MacUnlimited. I changed my carreer to Macintosh. I will never use a PC!!! | |||

| My whole life is mac. If Apple went away I am not sure what I would do. | |||

| I am grown up and I am doing exactly what I want to do. In the music field it is great for a famous singer/musician to want to meet me and talk about Macs as much as I want to meet him/her. |
