| How did you personally get into using the Macintosh family of computers? |
In late 1989, I was putting together a home MIDI studio, and I had already fallen in love with a collaborator's Mac SE, so I bought a Mac. When I had my first serious HD crash, I realized I could either learn to fix the Mac or forever be at the mercy of repair technicians. I chose the former, and I've never been the same since. | |
